Investments in AI relevant to the food sector are projected to surpass $135 billion by 2030, while cloud computing is expected to reach $124.8 billion by 2033. The booming food delivery sector in Morocco is a major engine of employment, supporting over 150,000 jobs which is equivalent to about 1% of the nation’s total workforce. This is testament to the critical and ever-growing role of digital platforms in today’s food economy.
