VISA REQUIREMENTS

Morocco is opening its doors to the world through its new digital visa system. With easy‑to‑use online portals, international visitors from eligible countries can apply for an eVisa and explore the rich business and cultural offering of Morocco.

Currency:
Morocco’s national currency is the Moroccan dirham (د.م MAD), which is subdivided into 100 santimat.

Mid-January to Mid-March (Winter)

"During this season, Morocco experiences cooler weather with a chance of rain, especially in coastal cities like Casablanca. Average daytime temperatures range between 10°C and 18°C. Evenings can get quite chilly, so we recommend bringing a warm winter jacket and an umbrella for a comfortable visit

Language:
Arabic is the official language of Morocco, while Amazigh (Berber) is also recognised as a national language. French is widely used in business, government and daily communication, and English is increasingly spoken in urban areas and among younger generations. Most public signs and information are bilingual, displayed in both Arabic and French.
