Rabat – OCP Maintenance Solutions (OCP-MS), a subsidiary of OCP Group, announced on Monday that it is launching an expertise center for turbomachinery.

A statement from OCP-MS said the project, which is a collaboration with SBU Manufacturing, seeks to boost technical capabilities and consolidate technical sovereignty over OCP Group’s critical equipment.

Fatima Zohra Lagsabi, the head of the Machine Care Department at OCP-MS, expressed satisfaction with the creation of the center, noting that establishing this hub was “more than just a technical project.”

“It’s a structuring initiative driven by a collective dynamic where passion, precision, and innovation come together,” she said, expressing her pride to contribute to the effort that highlights OCP-MS know-how and positions maintenance as a “strategic lever for sustainable performance within the OCP Group.”

OCP-MS says that the center integrates safety and reliability standards, supported by regular audits and inspections.

Advanced technologies are being used in the center, including thermography, ultrasound, and vibration analysis, the statement added, noting that this seeks to enhance long-term equipment reliability.

The group’s ambition is to make maintenance a true driver of sustainable and autonomous industrial performance, the statement concluded.
