Throughout my journey from engineering to AI and innovation, I have learned that leadership in technology is as much about people as it is about progress. Through my diverse professional experience across advanced industries and digital transformation, I have seen that true innovation begins with empowering teams and building trust around change. One key lesson I have learned is to remain curious, adaptable, and inclusive, ensuring that technology always serves a meaningful human purpose.
Q2: How do you see Artificial Intelligence transforming advanced industries such as mobility sector? What are both the opportunities and the challenges?
Artificial Intelligence is reshaping advanced industries like mobility sector by enabling smarter and more efficient operations. From predictive maintenance to intelligent traffic systems and energy optimization, AI is redefining how we design, manage, and experience transport. The opportunity lies in using data to make decisions that improve reliability and sustainability. However, the challenge remains in aligning technology with human expertise, ensuring that AI enhances, rather than replaces, critical roles, while building trustworthy and ethical frameworks around its adoption.
Q3: What is the mission of Women in AI Morocco and how are you translating that into concrete initiatives to bridge global AI vision with local needs?
The mission of Women in AI Morocco is to foster a thriving AI ecosystem in Morocco empowering and connecting women driving the AI and digital transformation, while ensuring that innovation remains ethical, inclusive, and locally relevant. We translate this vision into concrete actions through capacity-building programs, mentorship programs bridging experts with local talents, and cross-regional collaborations. Our goal is to transform global ambition into tangible impact for Moroccan women and youth.
Q4: What message would you share with young women aspiring to enter AI or other advanced industries in Morocco?
My message to young women is simple: the future needs your voice and leadership. AI and advanced industries are open spaces where expertise, creativity, and purpose can thrive. Don’t wait for the perfect conditions to step in, start where you are, keep learning, and surround yourself with people who lift you higher. Every idea matters, and every perspective has the power to shape the future.
